Softly Washing Powder has been created by us here at Greens Water Systems, specifically for use with water softeners. It provides a natural and ecologically sound alternative to the traditional washing powders and liquids that can be bought from the supermarket. There are no artificial softening ingredients in Softly which can be found in regular washing powders. Another benefit of using Softly is that you can cut down on the amount you use in your laundry for a more concentrated wash.

Enzymes can cause irritation to people’s lungs and skin, which is why we don’t have any in Softly. We also don’t include perfumes or fragrances as there can be dozens of chemicals in them. Optical brighteners are used in certain cleaning products. This is a chemical that absorbs ultraviolet light and emits visible blue light, which can make things seem brighter than they are, particularly with fabrics. However, this only causes your clothes to be coated in a layer of chemicals so they aren’t completely clean.

The only ingredients used in softly are natural mineral salts and soap.
